About Course

Welcome to Alpha Omega Yoga 200 Hour Online Teacher Training Program.
This training is Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour training course.
During the course you will have videos to view and written subjects to read. There are quizzes after each module to help you to comprehend each modules. All the answers are in the written part of the module.
You will be required to send three different videos of you teaching a yoga sequence. You may send the videos by email or any other type of platform. We can set up a one-on-one meeting to to assess your progress.
You may contact me at anytime through email or by phone with questions or concerns that may come up during the course. We can also have a one on one conference through go-to-meeting. I will be happy to set that up for you.
